Join Clean Lakes Alliance for our first annual Frozen Assets Snowshoe Run on iconic Lake Mendota!
Choose between a 10k and a 5k race, starting and ending at The Edgewater. Participants will run across the ice on iconic Lake Mendota and pass by downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Medals will be awarded to our top finishers. Best of all, your registration supports work to protect and improve water quality in our lakes!
First time competitors can select the "novice" division. Tickets are transferrable and non-refundable. We look forward to seeing you out on the ice!
**See below for the planned race route. 10K mile competitors will complete two laps. Race organizers reserve the right to alter the course due to factors including but not limited to ice conditions and weather**

- Fontana Sports: 800-257-7666 - $15/weekend (cross-country snowshoes only)
Competitors may park at The Edgewater ($5 event parking) or in City of Madison parking garages. You may access the ice down The Edgewater outdoor stairs, indoors through The Edgewater, at the end of N. Carroll street to the west, and from James Madison Park to the east.
The third annual Frozen Assets Festival, a family-friendly daytime event to be held indoors and outdoors at The Edgewater, will run throughout the weekend of Friday, February 3rd through Sunday, February 5th.
